To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

We normally arrange shipment in 48 hours & update shipment details for local customers, except products that are out of stock.

For mainland customers or other regions, shipment shall be arranged on Monday & Thursday twice a week. Order received on/after Monday, shipment shall be arranged on Thursday except item out of stock. Order received on/after Thursday, shipment shall be arranged on Monday except item out of stock.
